Acted as a high-level advisor to the owner, interfacing directly with project management, clients, and subcontractors to manage all planning and scheduling functions, including progress status and reporting requirements. Conducted rigorous reviews of contractor schedules and performed detailed quality assessments on the program master schedule to ensure technical accuracy and transparency.
