Spearheaded the technical development and coordination of the integrated baseline schedule for a natural gas exploitation program in Bolivia, South America. This complex energy infrastructure project required the comprehensive review and translation of contract drawings and technical specifications from Spanish to English to ensure cross-functional alignment. A robust Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) was established, organizing the program into distinct administrative, procurement, demolition, construction, and closeout divisions.

Expertise was applied to determine the construction sequence, establish activity durations, and define complex logic ties, ultimately identifying the project's critical path. Beyond scheduling, responsibilities included the integration of budgets within the project controls system, the generation of high-level progress reports and graphics for executive management, and the performance of rigorous field inspections to verify that on-site execution remained in strict accordance with the baseline plan.
