Expansion of MD 175

The project included traffic flow improvements to the existing and planned development. The project extended from west of MD 713 (Rockenbach Road/Ridge Road) to east of Disney Road/26th Street. The work consisted of widening MD 175 and a hiker/biker trail, paving, and adding pavement markings & permanent traffic signs.
Developed schedule guidelines for pre-construction meetings. Attended project progress meetings and followed-up with the project manager and contractor on the project’s status and issues. Reviewed schedule baselines and monthly update submittals. Analyzed schedule submittals for contract compliance, such as critical path, changes to the scope of work, network logic, and out-of-sequence work using Primavera P3 and P6. Created narrative reports of the project’s schedule status and changes, performed time impact analyses (TIA) and claims analyses as needed.
