Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) – Portfolio centered on the modernization of life-critical mechanical systems and the structural preservation of high-traffic transit infrastructure. This involved the technical integration of a 1,150-ton chiller plant and the replacement of 24 Air Handling Units to stabilize the airport's climate control and service water systems. On the structural side, the work transitioned into precision engineering for the Satellite E APM bridge, requiring complex jacking procedures and the replacement of elastomeric bearing pads to restore guideway functionality. The program was further rounded out by the systematic replacement of the Concourse H curtain wall, a project requiring strict sequential phase management to upgrade the building envelope without disrupting terminal operations. Collectively, these efforts addressed the entire lifecycle of aviation infrastructure—from heavy mechanical demolition and installation to specialized structural rehabilitation and aesthetic exterior upgrades.
