Provided strategic consulting services for the development of the Program Baseline Schedule for a major design-build, fast-track airport expansion and terminal construction project. This high-complexity undertaking required maintaining full operational continuity while constructing a new 20-gate terminal and integrating it with existing facilities. The program scope featured significant civil and infrastructure challenges, including a river diversion to facilitate terminal construction, a new air traffic control tower, runway upgrades, and the delivery of new substations, aprons, and maintenance areas.
Collaborating closely with the Project Planning and Production Manager, developed the comprehensive program baseline in both English and Spanish to ensure cross-functional alignment. Key contributions included the engineering of a specialized acceleration schedule to meet aggressive fast-track milestones and the rigorous review of contract drawings to identify critical path dependencies. Furthermore, provided executive-level visibility through the synthesis of detailed progress reports, ensuring project leadership remained informed on schedule health and risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
