Norberto Odebretch - Tocumen International Airport

Provided consulting services for the development of the Program Baseline Schedule for the construction and expansion of new airport. The project is a design-build fast track which involved the construction of a new terminal with 20 gates while keeping the airport operational during construction and interconnecting with the existent terminal. The expansion also involves construction of new parking areas, access roads, overpass, maintenance area, runway upgrade, new aprons, substation, new control tower and a river diversion in order to construct the new terminal. Responsibilities were to work closely with the project planning/production manager, development of program baseline in Spanish/English, development of an acceleration schedule, review contract drawings, develop reports to project executives.
