Directed the development of the Master Capital Investment Program Schedule for the phased replacement and unification of the El Dorado International Airport, ensuring full operational continuity throughout construction. This high-impact program encompassed the delivery of a new passenger terminal, a high-capacity cargo terminal, a new air traffic control tower, and extensive airside and landside infrastructure, including north runway upgrades, new aprons, road networks, and overpasses.
Developed and maintained the master schedule in both English and Spanish using Primavera P6, providing a unified roadmap for international and local stakeholders. Key technical contributions included the design of a custom field monitoring system to track real-time site progress and the synthesis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to facilitate cross-departmental alignment. Through rigorous contract drawing reviews and close collaboration with multiple engineering departments, ensured that complex project milestones were met, ultimately supporting a facility capable of mobilizing over 600,000 tons of cargo annually while delivering a world-class passenger experience.
