Managed the strategic scheduling and cost controls for the critical relocation of 24” and 16” potable water and sanitary sewer networks required for the construction of Bogotá’s First Metro Line. This high-priority utility diversion project covered approximately 6,500 feet along the Avenida Villavicencio corridor, necessitating precise coordination to clear the path for major transit infrastructure while maintaining municipal service continuity.
Led the elaboration of the project baseline schedule and spearheaded the implementation of innovative cost control methodologies to enhance fiscal transparency and performance tracking. Represented the project in high-level meetings with city officials to establish and align schedule update requirements with broader metropolitan infrastructure goals. By bridging the gap between technical utility engineering and municipal governance, ensured that the relocation remained on the critical path for the successful delivery of the city's new metro system.
