Led comprehensive planning and scheduling for the SFO Terminal 1 Redevelopment, a 500,000-square-foot expansion featuring the construction of Boarding Area B and the T1C redevelopment. This complex program involved integrating a 25-gate configuration with international arrival swing gates, a new architectural building envelope, and the overhaul of critical HVAC, electrical, and special systems. Technical oversight extended to airside infrastructure, including new jet fuel hydrant systems, aircraft aprons, and advanced baggage handling systems (BHS).
As a key member of the Project Management Support Services (PMSS) team, conducted rigorous monthly reviews of design-builder schedules to ensure accuracy and robustness while initiating Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) to mitigate potential delays. Further contributions included supporting the Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) risk management process, facilitating contractor schedule coordination, and leading weekly and monthly progress meetings to ensure the seamless delivery of both passenger-facing environments and essential back-of-house infrastructure.
