This role involved the development of comprehensive schedule guidelines for pre-construction meetings and active participation in progress meetings to coordinate status and issue resolution between project managers and contractors. Responsibilities focused on the rigorous review of schedule baselines and monthly update submittals to ensure full contract compliance, specifically analyzing the critical path, scope changes, network logic, and out-of-sequence work. Expertise was further utilized to create detailed narrative reports on schedule status, perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for evolving project needs, and conduct claims analyses as required to protect project timelines and budget integrity.
