he project consisted of the improvement of sanitary sewers in the West Baltimore Region of the high-level sewer shed collection system and sewer rehabilitation.
Developed schedule guidelines for pre-construction meetings. Attended the project’s progress meetings and followed-up with the project manager and contractor on the project’s status and issues. Reviewed schedule baselines and monthly update submittals. Analyzed schedule submittals for contract compliance, such as critical path, changes to the scope of work, network logic, and out-of-sequence work using Primavera P3 and P6. Created narrative reports of project schedule statuses and changes, performed time impact analyses (TIA), and performed claims analyses as needed.
