Noman M. Cole, Jr. Pollution Control Plan

The project involved the demolition of an existing sludge thickening facility and generators facilities, as well as the construction of a new generator facility, the demolition of current switchgear, upgrades to an existing distribution center and the installation of plant-wide fiber optic cable communications systems at the pollution control plant.
Reviewed monthly schedule updates submitted by the contractor. Analyzed the critical path, changes to the scope of work, network logic, and out-of-sequence work using Primavera P6. Created narrative reports of the project’s schedule status & changes and performed time impact analyses (TIA).
