Reviewed Claim for multiple cost and delay issues pertaining to the construction of CMA Tower - 80 floor (1,312 feet) – in Saudi Arabia. Claim analysis included but not limited to, evaluation of contractors entitlement based on contract. In addition, reviewed contractor’s schedules, contract for substantiation of claim issues and contractor’s methodology of time impact analysis (TIA). Assisted to provide a preliminary claim assessment report for the extension of time claim and additional costs.
