To meet energy efficiency and technological advancement goals, the renovation integrated high-performance finishes and advanced furniture systems, ensuring all components were brought up to current building codes. Responsibilities extended through the commissioning and start-up phases, including the oversight of warranty periods, to ensure the creation of high-density office space that met rigorous sustainability and technological standards.
