The project consisted of the renovation of two existing buildings of approximately 140,000 square feet. The project included the removal & demolition, renovation, and upgrade of the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm systems, finishes and furniture, commissioning, and start-up and warranty. The purpose of these renovations was to create more office space, reduce energy consumption, upgrade space to the latest code, and allow for more technologically advanced office space to Gold LEED.
Worked in the development of baseline schedules for the four phases of the project. Reported monthly updates, reviewed contractor schedules, performed risk analyses, generated weekly and monthly progress reports, performed time impact analyses (TIA), reviewed contract drawings, attended project design and engineering meetings, and worked closely with all project stakeholders to ensure understanding of project schedule needs. Schedules were developed using Primavera P6 8.2.
